I actually enjoy taking my car in for service (well except the bill payment part ). Everything is so smooth, and the staff go to extra lengths to ensure customers are happy.
Beyond happy as always, this service department listiones and cares about my safety. Being a single lady I’m petrified of my car breaking down, my service rider Don looks over my car w a fine tooth comb. Blessed to have this care.
I have found that the attention to customer service at the EDH Mercedes has been exceptional. Timely appts, communication about repair status and quality repairs are just a few of the reasons I trust my repair team. I was at a different location for a couple years and I'm very thankful for the change to EDH Mercedes. I highly recommend connecting with them for repairs or maintenance. I have thrown some zingers at this team and they have been outstanding with problem solving and needed repairs.
Shane was awesome. He did come off a bit pushy in the beginning, but that is what you would expect from sales. Helped me get my dream car in the end.
Kept me updated & silenced my noisy wiper blades to better than new! Rocklin location was unable to do so. They also found source of slight road noise & replaced the door hinge.
The service here is great but since it's a Mercedes dealership you can bet it's expensive.
