A Service

Usually, you’ll schedule your A Service maintenance after your first 10,000 miles or after your first year (whichever comes first). From there, you’ll usually perform this service annually or after every subsequent 10,000 miles.

Here’s what you’ll get from your Mercedes-Benz A Service:

  • Synthetic Motor Oil replacement
  • Oil filter replacement
  • All fluid levels checked and corrected based on factory-recommended service intervals for your specific Mercedes-Benz model
  • Tire inflation check and correction
  • Brake component inspection
  • Reset maintenance counter

All of the above services adhere to all required elements listed by model year and specific model as indicated on the corresponding service sheet for Mercedes-Benz Maintenance Systems in the USA.

B Service

You’ll usually go in for Mercedes-Benz B Service after 20,000 miles, or each year after your previous maintenance. From there, the service recurs every 20,000 miles or subsequent two years.

This maintenance includes all the features from A Service plus the following:

  • Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement
  • Oil filter replacement
  • Replace Cabin filter
  • Fluid levels checked and corrected based on factory recommendations for your Mercedes-Benz’s model and year
  • Tire inflation check and correction
  • Brake component inspection
  • Reset maintenance counter
  • Brake fluid exchange

By performing your Mercedes-Benz A and B Services as recommended, you’ll keep your auto repairs to a minimum. So, you’ll want to keep track of your mileage and maintenance dates.

Special Note for Diesel, V12s and AMG® Vehicles

If you drive a Mercedes-Benz with a Diesel, V12 or AMG® engine, you’ll still undergo the same Flexible Service system, but, during B Service, your vehicle will have extra maintenance requirements.

For diesels, you’ll receive:

  • AdBlue fluid replenishment
  • Fuel filter replacement
  • Other auto repairs and maintenance specific to the model

V12 and AMG® models require special maintenance needs. So, when you schedule service, let us know you’re bringing a model with one of these engines, and we’ll be able to service your Mercedes-Benz with ease.
